Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Be aware of the shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@willowandnorthboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
If you would like a full refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide proof (picture) of the reason for your return with the order number.
If we don’t receive this within 48 hours, we can still work together to arrange an alternative solution that keeps both parties happy.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that cancellations are possible within 1 HOUR of ordering.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions, and acknowledge that these terms govern any disputes or refund requests.
Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and following our return procedure. Filing a chargeback without doing so is considered a violation of this agreement.
All orders are shipped with tracking information, which serves as proof of delivery. Successful delivery confirmed by the carrier will be considered valid proof of fulfillment.
In the case of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with the bank and provide all necessary evidence. Any fees imposed on us as a result of such claims may be charged back to the customer.
Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored if the customer fails to follow our return procedure, provide the necessary information within the return period, or refuses to pay return shipping fees as outlined in our policy.
We operate transparently and in compliance with Canadian consumer protection law. We are committed to assisting customers fairly with returns and refunds when eligible. However, chargebacks should not be used as a replacement for our return process.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear or use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered beyond our control.
Sizing issues: If the product doesn’t fit, it can be exchanged for the correct size. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or damaged delivery: If an order is delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged, you will receive immediate assistance and full compensation.
Accepted reasons for return: Poor product quality such as faulty stitching, wrong color, or damage. For other reasons, we aim to find an alternative solution that keeps both parties satisfied.
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
