Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@willowandnorthboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
If you would like a full refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide proof (picture) of the reason for your return with the order number.
If we don’t receive this within 48 hours, we can still work together to arrange an alternative solution that keeps both parties happy.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that cancellations are possible within 1 HOUR of ordering.

If an order is delivered incorrectly or damaged, you will receive immediate assistance and full compensation.
If the product quality is not as expected poor stitching, wrong color, or damage), you are eligible for a full return. For other reasons, we will work together to find an alternative solution that keeps both parties satisfied.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
